Bilingual Contract Analyst Hologic Canada

Support commercial contracting at Hologic Canada in Mississauga using French-English communication and advanced Excel expertise. Manage pricing, proposals, and agreements across divisions.
The Bilingual Contract Analyst supports Hologic Canada’s commercial sales organization across multiple divisions. You will prepare proposals, agreements, and contract documentation while coordinating execution and maintaining accurate information in Oracle and/or SFDC. The position also supports negotiation, customer relationship management, pricing execution, and contract sales analysis within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare commercial proposals, agreements, and contract documentation
Coordinate contract approvals and execution across stakeholders
Maintain pricing and contract information in Oracle and/or SFDC
Track expiries, amendments, memberships, and related activities
Support pricing reviews, reporting, and contract sales analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and direct medical device industry experience
At least two years of relevant contract or sales support experience
Fluency in written and verbal French and English
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Strong accuracy, organization, analysis, and communication skills
