As an Account Strategist, you guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives for B2B and growing-brand clients. Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
Allocate budgets, bids, targeting, and creative tests
Build trustworthy conversion tracking and attribution
Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps
Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account growth
Requirements:
Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns
Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
Bring paid media judgment, campaign expertise, and client communication skills to Blacksmith Agency’s remote strategy team.
