Financial Planning Budget Analyst

Shape financial planning through forecasting, budget development, and detailed analysis while coordinating information across departments and programs.
This Budget and Financial Analyst coordinates, consolidates, and prepares financial information for short-term and long-term planning. The work includes multi-year budgets, revenue projections, compensation calculations, expenditure estimates, and financial reporting. You will also guide staff, deliver training, and provide lead hand supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial information for financial planning decisions
Develop, implement, and adjust multi-year budgets
Project revenues, compensation costs, and expenditures
Coordinate budget review timetables with departments
Prepare audit files and respond to auditor inquiries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field
Four years of relevant experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
Detailed account and transaction reconciliation experience
Strong analytical and process improvement skills
