Group Retirement Savings Advisor Calgary

Advise workplace clients on RBC Group Retirement Savings programs in Calgary, combining networking, sales activation, and trusted relationship management. The position is full time.
This mobile consultant role supports commercial and corporate clients with Group RRSPs, Deferred Profit Sharing Plans, Tax Free Savings Accounts, and Defined Contribution Pension Plans. You will create referral networks, engage senior partners, and help acquire new sponsors. Retirement credentials or a path toward the RPA designation is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the Group Retirement Savings value proposition
Spend time generating leads and activating sales
Maintain relationships across Canadian banking platforms
Identify Mortgage Assistance and Capital Loan referrals
Work occasional evenings or weekends when needed
Requirements:
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
Experience creating referral networks
Extensive current centres of influence network
RPA or CEBS designation, or required-course commitment
Excellent organizational and self-management skills
Use retirement program knowledge, referral development, and client-first advice to support RBC Group Advantage sponsors in Calgary.
