Showcase Hilti tools through technical customer consultation and hands-on demonstrations while developing construction accounts through field-based sales activity.
This Account Manager position makes you the primary customer contact for a defined territory and account portfolio. You will build relationships, demonstrate tools, and provide high-level guidance supporting productivity, safety, and sustainability. The work includes home office activity, customer meetings, driving sales calls, and jobsite visits.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the go-to contact for customer accounts
Develop value through long-term customer relationships
Demonstrate tools directly for construction customers
Provide high-level consultation within your territory
Maintain accurate Salesforce records of sales activity
Requirements:

At least three years of outside sales experience
Strong customer relationship and consultation skills
Technical knowledge suitable for Hilti product demonstrations
Valid driver’s license and flexible, varied schedule
Ability to climb scaffolding and lift up to 65 pounds
Apply technical knowledge, customer consultation, and outside sales experience while representing Hilti across construction markets.
