Blacksmith Agency seeks a PPC Manager, Veterinary to manage paid media for veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. You will direct targeting, budgets, testing, and campaign decisions. This dedicated paid media seat works separately from SEO while managing client narratives and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
Allocate budgets, bids, targeting, and creative tests
Maintain conversion tracking and attribution through GA4
Build client roadmaps and explain performance numbers
Drive retention, upsell, and long-term relationships
Requirements:
Three or more hands-on years in Google Ads and Meta
Campaign building, management, and optimization experience
Proven movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
Agency experience managing several clients concurrently
Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
