Industrial Abrasives Sales Specialist

Drive industrial abrasives sales remotely across the Kitchener area with 3M, using customer development and product presentation skills. Travel may reach 50% domestically or internationally.
As an Abrasives Sales Specialist, you will grow sales and customer retention for Abrasive Systems Division products. You will adjust strategies for market conditions, support product introductions, and work with customers, distributors, and internal teams. The role serves medium and large industrial customers through sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and customer retention across a dynamic territory
Develop sales strategies for complex abrasive product lines
Support new product introductions and target market initiatives
Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and training
Execute sales objectives and customer relationship management activities
Requirements:
Completed post-secondary education verified before starting
At least two years of sales experience
Current, valid driver's license
Industrial distribution or abrasive sales experience is advantageous
Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and presentations is advantageous
