Retail Merchandising Manager Ontario
Loblaw
Lead retail merchandising strategy across Ontario with Loblaw Companies Limited, using financial planning and store execution to support growth. Travel between stores as needed.
The Merchandising Manager supports Senior Merchandising Manager, Nature’s Treasure, the Director of Merchandising, and Franchisees. This role develops merchandising strategies, action plans, promotional programs, assortment decisions, and planogram adjustments. Success requires retail management experience, strong communication, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop store action plans from P&L performance
Plan flyer items and seasonal promotional activity
Review store ad orders against financial targets
Manage merchandising communications and flyer proofing
Guide Franchisees and department managers on performance
Requirements:
Minimum three years of managerial experience
Retail management and merchandising operations experience
Required RHN or equivalent certification
Ontario driver license with travel availability
Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook skills
