Workday Reporting And Analytics Analyst

Build Workday reporting and analytics at CAAT, supporting meaningful stakeholder insights alongside configuration and system improvement work.
This HRIS Analyst helps maintain and enhance CAAT’s Workday platform as organizational needs evolve. You will design reports, dashboards, and analytics while supporting configuration, testing, and process improvements. The position also involves resolving system issues and collaborating across teams to deliver effective Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Workday reports
Create dashboards and analytics for business stakeholders
Conduct configuration, access control, and process audits
Identify process improvements with cross-functional teams
Train HR stakeholders and end users on functionality
Requirements:
Two to five years working with HRIS and Workday
Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics
Experience with configuration, testing, and process improvement
Core HCM expertise plus another Workday module
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Use Workday reporting, analytics, configuration, and stakeholder training skills to support CAAT’s business users and platform capabilities.
