As a Senior Financial Analyst, Valuations & Modelling, you will prepare and lead valuation engagements for varied purposes. These include tax planning, transaction support, financial reporting, and compliance. You will develop client relationships, understand industry challenges, and contribute to team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead preparation of business valuation engagements
Assess cash flow risks through company analysis
Develop relationships with current and prospective BDO clients
Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations
Assist professional staff training and development
Requirements:
Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline
Two to three years in audit or valuations mergers acquisitions
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Interest in pursuing Chartered Business Valuation designation
Support BDO clients with business valuation, critical analysis, financial modelling, and clear advisory communication in Montreal.
