Lead commercial construction sales across the Lower Mainland, BC, using relationship-building and territory development skills. Drive opportunities with contractors, architects, builders, and designers.
This Sales Manager role suits a proven professional in building materials, architectural products, construction supply, or a related industry. You will develop new business, grow customer accounts, and pursue architectural specifications for specialty architectural and acoustical building products. The role combines approximately 50% outside sales with 50% office-based work initially.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new opportunities throughout the Lower Mainland commercial construction market
Develop contractor, builder, architect, and designer relationships
Manage accounts and prospect for additional business
Follow quotations, projects, and inquiries through conversion
Conduct meetings, job site visits, and presentations
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in building materials or related industries
Experience selling to commercial construction decision-makers
Understanding of architectural specifications and project lifecycles
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage territories and active sales pipelines independently
