ERP Business Systems Analyst
Wajax Corporation
Analyze complex ERP systems, workflows, and requirements as a Business Systems Analyst at Wajax. Work bilingually in English and French across business units.
This Business Systems Analyst partners with assigned Business Units to improve processes, operations, and information flow. The role documents functional requirements, supports feasibility studies, and prepares detailed application specifications. You will also evaluate modifications, support production changes, and help users understand system processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze management systems, workflows, and functional requirements
Initiate sessions describing new systems and process improvements
Document requirements, application objectives, and system modifications
Test changes and support production implementation through SDLC
Provide training, issue resolution, and external support tickets
Requirements:
College diploma or university degree in information technology
Two to three years of relevant work experience
Bilingual English and French, spoken and written
ERP, EDI, XML, JSON, and eCommerce systems knowledge
SQL, Microsoft Office, and root cause analysis skills
Bring ERP analysis, bilingual communication, requirements documentation, and process improvement skills to Wajax’s Canadian industrial business.
