Learning and Development Manager
Provincial Credit Union
Lead learning strategy at Provincial Credit Union from any branch location in PEI, using adult learning and instructional design expertise. Shape employee and leadership development across PCU.
As Manager, Learning and Development, you will guide organizational learning while staying connected to staff, leaders, and the L&D team. You will identify capability gaps, oversee development programs, and translate business needs into practical learning solutions. Your work will support onboarding, professional development, coaching, succession planning, and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead PCU’s learning strategy and align priorities with organizational goals
Identify learning needs and prioritize development opportunities with leaders
Oversee onboarding, learning paths, and professional development
Develop leadership, coaching, and people management programs
Lead, coach, and develop the L&D team
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
At least five years of relevant learning and development experience
Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating development programs
Experience leading teams and managing resources and budgets
Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and learning technologies
Bring strategic learning leadership, facilitation, and coaching expertise to strengthen development at Provincial Credit Union across PEI.
