As SEO Strategist, Multifamily, you serve owners and property management groups operating large portfolios. You set keyword strategy, oversee on-page optimization, and direct technical SEO. Your work connects classic organic results with Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity while supporting client decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own search strategy for multifamily client portfolios
Manage crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword, on-page, and content priorities
Improve visibility across AI and organic search
Report through GA4 and Search Console
Requirements:
Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
Experience auditing sites and implementing fixes
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience managing several clients concurrently
