Strengthen plant operations at Infasco Nut through KPI development, maintenance improvements, and coordinated continuous improvement projects. This Mississauga position requires corporate-event travel.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the supervisor leads projects requested by the General Manager and Operations Manager. The position supports a North American and global automotive fastener supplier. Success requires cooperation with experienced hourly and salaried employees across plant activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop KPIs supporting plant operations
Coordinate MEA activities with Corporate
Improve plant maintenance processes
Support continuous improvement of onboarding
Manage EHS and CTPAT projects
Requirements:

Project Management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
Valid driver’s license and passport
Proficiency in the MS Office suite
Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
Bring organized project leadership, operational analysis, and cooperative communication to plant improvement work at Infasco Nut.
