Consulting Project Business Analyst
USA - EFESO Management Consultants, Inc.
Lead project delivery, client communication, and business analysis with EFESO Americas as a remote Business Analyst traveling weekly to Montreal. Turn complex information into action.
This Business Analyst role works collaboratively with consulting teams and clients on operational and performance improvement projects. You will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables from scoping through final presentation. The position requires strong communication, structured problem solving, and effective prioritization.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope projects and manage resources, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain client relationships and understand business needs
Guide clients through critical business decisions
Gather targeted data for high-quality analysis
Communicate recommendations using horizontal and vertical logic
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related fields
MBA or relevant advanced degree highly preferred
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau
Ability to prioritize, manage time, and escalate issues
Legal authorization to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
