If you're excited by the opportunity to shape the future of veterinary medicine while working alongside an ambitious and supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

About the role

We operate across around 20 markets and 12 languages, and our paid media, content and campaign activity is growing fast.

Great creative is what makes that activity work. As our marketing programme scales, we need more high-quality creative, made faster, across more markets and formats, while keeping a consistent and recognisable brand.

What you'll do
We are hiring a Designer to create marketing creative across paid media, web, social, events and sales materials.

This is a hands-on, high-output role for a designer who enjoys variety and pace. You will work closely with performance marketing to produce and iterate ad creative, and with content, product marketing and events teams on everything from landing pages to presentations.

You will create and adapt creative across formats, including:

Static and motion ad creative for paid social and display, with variants for testing
Landing pages and website visuals
Social media graphics and short-form video assets
Email and lifecycle campaign visuals
presentation decks for sales, partnerships, events and leadership
Event materials, print collateral and booth graphics
Localised versions of creative for markets across North America, Europe and Oceania

You will also:

Apply and help evolve the CoVet brand system across every touchpoint
Use performance data to learn what creative works and feed it into the next round
Build reusable templates and work with design automation tools to increase speed and volume
Manage your own workload across several requesters and seasonal peaks

Cross-functional collaboration
This role will work closely with:

Performance Marketing: to brief, produce and iterate ad creative against test results
Content and Community: to create visuals for articles, social, case studies and campaigns
Product Marketing: to support launches, feature announcements and in-app messaging
Events and Sales: to produce event collateral, presentations and sales enablement materials
Regional and localisation teams: to adapt creative so it feels right in each market

What success looks like
In this role, success means marketing never waits on creative, and the creative it gets performs. It means a higher volume of on-brand assets, faster turnaround, and a clear link between creative testing and better results.

You should expect to be measured on output, quality, turnaround, brand consistency, and the performance of the creative you produce.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:

An experienced digital or marketing designer with a strong portfolio across multiple formats
Expert in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
Experienced in producing paid social and performance ad creative at volume
Confident applying and extending an established brand system
Able to work quickly without losing quality, and to manage several priorities at once
Comfortable taking feedback and working from data on what performs

Preferred experience
Motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere or similar)
B2B SaaS, healthtech, medtech or another professional audience
Designing for multiple languages and markets
Using AI and automation tools in a design workflow
Presentation design for sales and leadership audiences

Why this role matters
This role lets CoVet's marketing scale without a creative bottleneck. Better creative, made faster, makes every dollar of media and every campaign more effective.

We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. Accommodations are available for candidates participating in all aspects of the selection process.

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 85,000 CAD per year (Canada)

35,000 - 45,000 GBP per year (United Kingdom)
