Fish Passage Civil Construction Lead

Lead fish passage civil construction at Aecon, applying concrete, excavation, and temporary works expertise to aquatic infrastructure projects.
This lead position plans and directs civil construction activities for fish passage structures. You will develop construction methods, resource requirements, and sequencing with relevant teams. The work also coordinates subcontractors and interfaces across engineering, construction, and environmental teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan civil construction activities for fish passage structures
Develop methods, resources, and work sequencing
Coordinate subcontractors and project team interfaces
Monitor progress, costs, schedules, and assigned risks
Ensure health, safety, quality, and aquatic environmental compliance
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction
Equivalent experience may be considered
Experience managing hydraulic infrastructure civil works
Knowledge of concrete, excavation, and temporary works
Fish passage or aquatic construction experience is an asset
Bring civil leadership, stakeholder coordination, and aquatic construction experience to fish passage structures at Aecon.
