As an Underground Diamond Driller Helper, you support skilled drillers across North American operations. You will assist with equipment setup, drilling materials, routine maintenance, and performance monitoring. The work requires reliability, careful instruction-following, and commitment to safe, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with underground drilling equipment setup and breakdown
Handle tools, supplies, drill rods, and required materials
Monitor equipment for malfunctions and safety concerns
Perform supervised equipment cleaning and routine maintenance
Maintain organized work areas and follow safety protocols
Requirements:

Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to work remote underground environments on 2/2 rotation
Valid driver's license and physical fitness
Ability to pass medical and drug and alcohol screening
MSHA certification preferred or willingness to obtain certifications
Support underground diamond drilling with Swick through safe equipment handling, reliable teamwork, and disciplined operational assistance.
