Power advanced financial analysis at Spectrum Health Care as a Senior FP&A Analyst using Power Query, Power BI, and analytical judgment.
This CPA-designated senior analyst examines profitability across projects, programs, contracts, and business units. The position supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and automated reporting. You will investigate operational and financial issues, identify underlying drivers, and present practical recommendations to finance and operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze profitability, margins, costs, utilization, and operational performance
Build driver-based models linking activity, revenue, costs, and profitability
Automate reporting through Power Query workflows and reusable functions
Develop Power BI models, DAX measures, and interactive dashboards
Present recommendations and support budgeting, forecasting, and due diligence
Requirements:
Canadian CPA designation or equivalent
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
At least four years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of Python or SQL is an asset
