Senior Corporate Accounting Controls Analyst

Strengthen accounting controls, procedures, and audit readiness as a Senior Corporate Accounting Analyst with Microsoft Excel expertise.
This senior corporate accounting position supports accurate numbers within established deadlines through reconciliations, reporting, and cooperative departmental support. At Bosch Building Technologies North America, the work spans internal controls, compliance documentation, audit schedules, tax and treasury functions, and accounting process improvement. Payroll and benefit accounting are also included.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain internal controls and develop standard operating procedures
Act as compliance liaison for procedures and documentation
Support audits with schedules and organized accounting information
Handle journal entries, commissions, tax, treasury, and intercompany entries
Review benefit payments and coordinate outstanding accounting items
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or two years' corporate experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience improving processes for team efficiency
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Adaptability and accuracy with high-volume workloads
Use accounting controls, audit support, Excel, and process improvement skills in Bosch Building Technologies North America's corporate function.
