This Sales Manager role requires strong people leadership and business results. You will recruit, onboard, develop, and coach Advisors while supporting Costco’s member-first culture. Success depends on trusted relationships, clear expectations, and shared ownership of kiosk performance.

Requirements:
Five or more years of meaningful management experience
Experience identifying, hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent
Ability to inspire performance through coaching and communication
Strong relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders
Confidence addressing challenges and making difficult decisions
