This Business Analyst III role serves as a subject matter expert on assigned systems and advises business teams on complex solutions. You will connect business objectives with technical perspectives while supporting projects with significant financial benefits. Responsibilities span analysis, documentation, testing, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide business communities on options for complex system problems
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and impacts
Maintain accurate, centralized documentation for system changes
Document test scenarios and trace requirements to application solutions
Facilitate agreement between business and technical teams
Requirements:
Related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum four years in business analysis, project management, or relevant work
Experience in change management and process design
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders
Bring systems analysis, business requirements, and cross-functional facilitation skills to Moneris system-change initiatives in Toronto.
