As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support Sobeys, Safeway, Thrifty Foods, Foodland, Lawtons Drugs, or FreshCo pharmacies. The work includes prescription processing, refill requests, compounding, pill pack assembly, and clinical service scheduling. Attention to detail and independent multitasking are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble prescriptions and complete related data entry
Receive and release prescriptions through customer transactions
Record refill requests and deliveries from customers
Complete compounding and pill pack assembly
Schedule professional clinical pharmacy services
Requirements:

Preferred Pharmacy Assistant Diploma from recognized post-secondary institute
Previous pharmacy experience considered an asset
Excellent attention to detail in pharmacy tasks
Ability to multitask and work independently
Ability to follow applicable company standards
