Patient Care Assistant - 12h Day/Night Shifts

Oak Valley Health is seeking a Patient Support Assistant to partner with a Registered Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse in delivering patient-centered care at our Markham and Uxbridge sites. You will assist with activities of daily living and help maintain clean, stocked patient areas and rooms.
Ideal candidates hold a recognized PSW certificate or HCA program, have current BLS, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
