Provide person-centered nursing care at Columbia Garden Village in Invermere, BC, using BCCNM standards and accurate clinical documentation. Work casual, on-call day or night shifts.
Golden Life seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for long-term care. You will develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, observe resident changes, and support care staff. Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, resident-focused nursing care
Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Report resident condition changes to the RN and care team
Document care accurately and participate in quality improvement
Requirements:
Graduate from a recognized Practical Nursing program
Hold current full practicing BCCNM licensure
Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification
