Mandarin Bilingual Screening Agent

Use Mandarin and English to conduct employment, academic, and professional verifications for Mintz Global Screening. Support accurate results through careful research.
Reporting to the Manager of Verifications, the Screening Agent processes daily screening services according to company protocols and industry standards. You will verify references, employment records, academic diplomas, and professional accreditations in Mandarin-language environments. The work requires communication, organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Mandarin-language employment and credential verifications
Obtain consent documents for requested verifications
Make outbound and answer incoming verification calls
Provide results according to established procedures
Apply privacy, security, and escalation standards
Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin
High school diploma or recognized Canadian equivalent
At least one year of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web tools
Strong organization, autonomy, and attention to detail
Bring Mandarin communication, verification research, and customer service skills to Mintz Global Screening’s detailed screening operations.
