Music Lesson Centre Coordinator
Long & McQuade Musical Instruments
Coordinate music lessons at Long & McQuade in Calgary CrossIron, using music education knowledge and strong customer service skills daily.
This full-time permanent position manages the Music Lesson Centre with the Director of Music Education. You will coordinate teachers, students, studios, schedules, payments, programs, and recitals while applying Lesson Centre policies and procedures. The role also supports musical instrument sales and rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview, orient, train, and supervise lesson teachers
Coordinate teacher schedules and studio room schedules
Register students and administer attendance and payment policies
Resolve student and parent concerns and complaints
Plan group programs and bi-annual student recitals
Requirements:
Minimum three years of instrumental music studies
Strong knowledge of music education
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Basic office administration and customer account management skills
Availability for weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
Bring music education, people management, and customer service skills to coordinate lessons and support Long & McQuade customers.
