This Service Advisor position connects customers with technicians and automotive repair services. You will prepare quotes, arrange bookings, communicate service details, and determine satisfaction through proactive calls. The position also includes sales finalization, computer processing, showroom promotions, safety courses, and inventory support.
Key Responsibilities:

Recommend passenger, light truck, and specialty tire services
Recommend wheel and mechanical services to customers
Call customers proactively about service satisfaction
Update showroom promotional material regularly
Participate in safety initiatives and assigned courses
Requirements:

Ability to identify customer needs through effective listening
Knowledge of tires and mechanical services
Automotive repair experience preferred; training available
Valid driver's license with satisfactory Driver's Abstract
Team player who takes pride in work
