Casual Dishwasher Senior Living

Support resident health and safety as a Casual Dishwasher at Verve Senior Living, maintaining sanitation through ware-washing and pot washing. Work under Dining Services leadership in dietary areas.
This Casual Dishwasher keeps dietary areas clean while supporting infection and sanitation control measures. Responsibilities include washing dishes, pots, glassware, and cutlery, monitoring dish machine temperatures, and using chemicals correctly. The position also supports dining service, deliveries, kitchen cleaning, recycling, and required training.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean dishes, pots, glassware, and cutlery using sanitation procedures
Monitor dish machine temperatures and report deficiencies
Clean dish machine, pot washing area, and kitchen
Bus dining room dishes between seatings
Follow infection control, safety, and quality procedures
Requirements:

Minimum grade 12 education
One year of dishwashing experience preferred
Effective written and verbal English communication
Ability to work dependably independently and with others
Ability to work in hot, humid conditions
Bring dependable sanitation, communication, and dishwashing skills to support residents and dining services at Verve Senior Living.
