Health Care Aide Clinical Support

Deliver clinical support as a Health Care Aide, combining care-plan accuracy, observation skills, and safe client assistance.
The position provides direct care and environmental support within established standards, policies, and procedures. Duties include reporting condition changes, recording intake and output, collecting specimens, supporting oxygen and drainage systems, applying prescribed topical treatments, and maintaining clean, safe surroundings. The Health Care Aide also supports admissions, transfers, discharges, and client activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Observe clients and report condition changes promptly
Record care, measurements, and applicable flow-sheet information
Support oxygen therapy and established drainage systems
Collect, label, handle, and transport specimens properly
Clean equipment, replenish supplies, and maintain safe environments
Requirements:
Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
Demonstrated organizational and communication abilities
Ability to display independent judgment
Ability to work independently and adapt procedures
Apply organized clinical support, careful observation, and independent judgment while documenting and communicating client care accurately.
