This Leasing Agent role supports prospective and current residents throughout the rental process. You will present properties, suite features, amenities, pricing, promotions, and incentives while processing applications and lease documentation. The position also requires organized coordination with Property Management, Maintenance, and Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to telephone, email, and in-person leasing inquiries
Conduct property and show suite tours for prospects
Process rental applications accurately under company policies
Prepare and execute lease agreements and documentation
Coordinate move-in preparations for scheduled possession dates
Requirements:
One year leasing or property management experience
Three years customer service experience with exceptional service
Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency and software learning ability
