This interpreter role supports communication between Korean and English speakers across essential service settings. You will interpret for healthcare, emergency services, insurance organizations, financial institutions, legal services, and public agencies. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Korean-English interpretation through OPI and VRI services
Facilitate communication across healthcare and public service settings
Convey meaning, tone, and intent accurately during interactions
Maintain professional video etiquette and appropriate visual communication
Complete training, quality monitoring, and improvement activities
Requirements:
Fluent Korean and English speaking, reading, listening, and comprehension
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfort using technology and web-based communication platforms
Ability to remain calm under pressure
