As a Beauty Advisor, you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people. The position supports luxury and prestige brands including Estée Lauder, Clinique, M·A·C, and Aveda. You will educate customers, contribute to in-store events, and help stores meet visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inspirational and authentic customer service
Personalize in-store experiences through makeup artistry
Educate customers about beauty products and applications
Participate in special events and store activities
Help maintain strong visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
Creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry
Previous retail makeup experience or relevant qualification preferred
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and special events
Experience using retail point-of-sale software
Proof of right to live and work when invited
