Kitchen Designer Sales Specialist
RONA
Design kitchens and baths while using 2020 Kitchen Design software, product knowledge, and selling skills to serve Doidge customers effectively. This position combines design with sales.
The Kitchen Designer supports retail, professional, and contractor customers throughout their projects. You will create designs, recommend products, process sales, and help customers make informed choices. The work includes relationship building, complaint resolution, inventory checks, and special orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and amend kitchen and bath designs
Identify customer requirements through questioning and listening
Sell complete projects, components, add-ons, and alternatives
Process sales, check stock, and confirm deliveries
Resolve complaints and objections appropriately
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude in sales and service environments
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Two to three years of design experience preferred
