Technical Lubricant Sales Representative

Technical lubricant sales in Hamilton requires prospecting expertise and strong technical aptitude. This outside role serves customers throughout Southern Ontario.
As an Outside Technical Sales Representative, you will develop new business and grow existing customer relationships. You will recommend automotive, concrete form release, and specialty industrial lubricants based on technical needs. The role suits sales professionals from industrial, construction, automotive parts distribution, chemical, lubricant, or technical sales backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships
Prospect, cold call, and visit Southern Ontario customers
Recommend products addressing customers’ technical needs
Sell automotive and specialty industrial lubricant products
Prepare quotes, proposals, and tenders while closing sales
Requirements:
Sales experience in industrial, lubricant, chemical, or technical sales
Strong technical aptitude and explanation skills
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
Independent, organized, and self-motivated working style
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
