Inventory Replenishment Clerk

Apply analytical skills to inventory replenishment at RONA, supporting in-stock products, stock levels, and store procurement questions. Help improve customer experience.
This Clerk position supports RONA’s replenishment team and supply objectives. You will identify top sellers, coordinate communication, and recommend improvements. The work involves Microsoft Office Suite, database knowledge, retail or distribution awareness, and collaboration across procurement, planning, merchandising, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Help supply teams meet in-stock and inventory turnover goals
Identify top sellers and maintain sufficient stock levels
Respond to store procurement questions and problems
Coordinate communication between stores and relevant departments
Monitor improvement interventions and resolve store issues efficiently
Requirements:
Two years of relevant experience
Degree in a related field considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and databases
Analytical mindset for inventory and supply decisions
Ability to work independently and within teams
Support RONA stores through inventory analysis, procurement coordination, stock monitoring, and practical replenishment improvements across departments.
