As Superintendent, you will manage daily building upkeep and operations for residents and visitors. Your work includes cleaning common areas, preparing apartments, completing minor plumbing and electrical maintenance, and addressing tenant concerns. You will also support leasing, rent records, safety logs, and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain clean common areas and corridors
Prepare apartments for incoming residents

Requirements:

Previous maintenance or cleaning experience preferred
