Member Service Representative Banking
Access Credit Union
Deliver accurate member service at Access Credit Union, processing financial transactions and answering inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
The Member Service Representative serves existing and potential members through transactions, relationship building, and product promotion. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loans, utility payments, money orders, exchange calculations, and cheque cashing. The position also supports account resolution, security, and fraud prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
Process over-the-counter financial services efficiently and professionally
Balance ATM, night deposits, and cash drawer daily
Resolve routine member account and deposit instrument problems
Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and email
Promote products while identifying lending and wealth referrals
Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer or member service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Accurate, detail-oriented approach to financial transactions
Basic financial industry risk management knowledge
Use financial service, transaction processing, and relationship management skills to support Access Credit Union members and branch objectives.
