Automotive Parts Advisor Ford Dealership

Support automotive repairs with parts lookup and order tracking as a Parts Advisor at Cam Clark Ford Red Deer. Accuracy matters daily.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor assists technicians with parts and supplies for vehicles being serviced. The work involves identifying correct components, tracking dealership orders, and locating unavailable inventory. Attention to detail, prioritization, and time management support consistent parts counter service.
Key Responsibilities:
Look up parts required for vehicle repairs
Track incoming and outgoing dealership parts orders
Locate parts when dealership inventory is unavailable
Ship parts to out-of-town customers occasionally
Package returns and complete manufacturer record keeping
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of automotive parts
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
Attention to detail and prioritization skills
Time management and ability to work independently
Previous automotive parts counter experience considered an asset
