Chipotle Kitchen Leader

Lead Chipotle’s kitchen with food preparation and team development skills while maintaining quality, safety, and organized daily operations.
As Kitchen Leader, you will prepare food to order, grill meats, sauté vegetables, and ensure delicious results. You will monitor inventory, communicate with Crew members and customers, and help develop future Kitchen Leaders. This role supports quality, safety, teamwork, and customer experience throughout the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook and prepare food to order following kitchen procedures
Monitor food waste, inventory levels, and food quality issues
Develop Crew members into future Kitchen Leaders
Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen
Monitor equipment condition and coordinate timely repairs
Requirements:
High school diploma and restaurant experience
Understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
Primary language proficiency for the work location
Open availability at least four days weekly
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours weekly
Bring kitchen leadership, food quality, and Crew development skills to Chipotle’s daily restaurant operations and customer experience.
