StellerVista Credit Union is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Financial Services Representative in its development program. You will support retail sales goals, member service, deposit products, lending products, and needs-based referrals. Training is provided step by step.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide quality service to non-portfolioed members
Complete deposit and registered product sales
Conduct personal loan, mortgage, and line-of-credit interviews
Process applications using ProLender and complete credit checks
Resolve loan and deposit-related member concerns
Requirements:

Secondary school diploma
Four years related financial institution sales and service experience
Knowledge of retail lending and deposit products
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Personal computer literacy, including Word and Excel
