Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

Lead hotel housekeeping standards with InnVest through guest service, team coordination, and detailed cleanliness inspections across every operational area.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support hiring, training, scheduling, and career development for housekeeping employees. You will help maintain brand standards throughout guestrooms, public spaces, offices, laundry, lockers, and storage areas. The position supports efficient department operations through inventory coordination, reporting, and communication with Guest Services and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect cleanliness across guestrooms, public areas, and support spaces
Assign daily tasks and assist with staff scheduling
Support hiring, training, evaluations, and performance communication
Communicate room availability and maintenance requests to departments
Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up
Requirements:
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Professional conduct and positive attitude with staff
Physical fitness for walking, bending, standing, and lifting
