Support GFL customers and drivers through responsive dispatching, service coordination, and route troubleshooting. Use strong communication skills to address incoming calls and emails.
As a Dispatcher, you will manage incoming service orders and coordinate real-time route support. You will interact with customers, customer service, sales, operations, and maintenance personnel. Your work includes resolving service challenges and sharing driver information with appropriate teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Field incoming customer calls and emails
Satisfy customer needs for service changes
Dispatch routes using designated driver locations
Communicate driver information to appropriate departments
Coordinate with maintenance shop personnel
Requirements:

Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
One to two years relevant experience preferred
Knowledge of hours of service regulations is an asset
Availability for urgent weekend calls
Bring customer service, dispatching, and troubleshooting abilities to help GFL address route needs and maintain responsive daily service.
