Key Responsibilities:
Manage selection, training, development, performance, and succession planning
Create floral arrangements and engaging shopping experiences
Order, receive, rotate, merchandise, and present department products
Control budgets, labour costs, sales forecasts, and margins
Maintain food safety, OH&S, and corporate procedures
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum 18 months retail store experience
Experience reading financial reports and developing budgets
Full knowledge of department operations and skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
