Deliver accurate financial transactions and thoughtful banking advice as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Toronto, Ontario.
This 15-hour Customer Experience Associate role supports TD Canada Trust branches within Personal & Commercial Banking. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and provide information about products and services. The position combines customer service, transaction processing, discretion, and timely business processes while supporting a positive branch experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements
Requirements:
High School diploma or one-plus years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, accurate, and detail-oriented communication abilities
Bring customer experience, transaction processing, and banking solution knowledge to TD Canada Trust customers in Toronto.
