MOVE Program Coordination Specialist
GoodLife Kids
Coordinate MOVE by GoodLife Kids programs remotely or from London, Ontario, using organization and communication skills to support youth and families.
GoodLife Kids Foundation seeks a MOVE Program Specialist with one to three years of coordination experience. The role manages registrations, classes, waitlists, participant communications, and recognition activities. It also supports Youth Ambassadors, reporting, CRM processes, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate new and ongoing MOVE classes
Process registrations and manage participant placement
Maintain lead records and respond to inquiries
Support Ambassador recruitment, onboarding, and training
Track metrics and create customized reports
Requirements:
Postsecondary education in a related field
One to three years of coordination experience
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom proficiency
Reliable high-speed internet for virtual meetings
Support accessible MOVE programming through participant coordination, relationship building, reporting, and responsive communication at GoodLife Kids Foundation.
