Berendsen
Manage import and export documentation for Berendsen in Oakville, Ontario, using customs reporting and shipment coordination skills. Support United States and Canadian locations.
This experienced Customs Clerk role supports Berendsen, a North American distributor of hydraulic and pneumatic products and services. You will prepare customs documents, enter courier shipment data, coordinate with carriers and brokers, and resolve discrepancies. The position also supports PARS shipments, origin certifications, and AES export reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare import and export documents for United States and Canada
Enter LVS courier shipment data for Canada customs
Coordinate with carriers and brokers regarding shipments
Resolve discrepancies with vendors and branch personnel
Set up PARS shipments and complete export reporting
Requirements:
Experience working as a customs clerk
Good problem-solving skills
Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Willingness to cover periodic late-shift changes
