The Sales Associate delivers LensCrafters standards by cultivating relationships and recommending vision solutions. You will assist with frames, measurements, optical tools, and lens coatings. Key Responsibilities:
Recommend lenses and coatings using optical prescriptions
Help patients select frames and coordinate optical measurements
Conduct measurements with appropriate optical tools
Deliver sales plans through customer relationship development
Maintain clean, attractive, organized displays and inventory
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of retail or customer service experience
Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
Basic phone, math, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to embrace technology, change, multitasking, and sales goals
