As Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager in driving sales results, coaching associates, and keeping the store running smoothly. You will lead customer interactions, share product knowledge, and use retail technology and digital tools. The position also includes opening and closing, cash handling, and Manager on Duty responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example during customer interactions on the sales floor
Coach associates on service, product knowledge, and performance
Support sales goals through strong floor leadership
Help manage opening, closing, cash handling, and floor coverage
Support hiring, onboarding, and associate training
Requirements:

At least one year of retail experience
Ability to coach, motivate, and engage diverse teams
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
